OnWednesday, following Leader remarks, the Senate will resumeconsideration of Cal. #211, H.R.3935, an act to amend title 49, United StatesCode, to reauthorize and improve the Federal Aviation Administration and othercivil aviation programs. TheSenate will recess from 1:00pm until 2:15pm to allow for weekly caucusmeetings. DuringTuesday’s session, Senator Schumer filled the tree and filed cloture on H.R.3935 and the Cantwell substitute amendment #1911 as modified. The filingdeadline for first degree amendments to H.R. 3935 and the substitute is 1:00pmtomorrow. The filing deadline for second degree amendments is 1 hourprior to the cloture vote, if cloture is invoked. Roll callvotes are possible during Wednesday’s session. Senators will be notified whenvotes are scheduled.
