Pipe, of the District of Columbia, to be an AssociateJudge of the D.C. Superior Court, post-cloture. At approximately 12:00 noon, the Senate will vote onconfirmation of the Pipe nomination. Following disposition of the nomination,the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #590Stephanie Sanders Sullivan, of Maryland, to be Representative to the AfricanUnion, with the rank and status of Ambassador. If clotureis invoked on the Sullivan nomination, the confirmation vote will occur at atime to be determined by the Majority Leader in consultation with theRepublican Leader. Atapproximately 3:45pm, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture onthe motion to proceed to Calendar #400, S.4381, Right to Contraception Act.
