At approximately 11:30am, the Senate will vote onconfirmation of the Oler nomination. Following disposition of the nomination,the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #464Mustafa Taher Kasubhai, of Oregon, to be United States District Judge for theDistrict of Oregon. Following the cloture vote, the Senate is expected torecess until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly caucus meetings. If cloture is invoked, at approximately 2:15pm, theSenate is expected to vote on confirmation of the Kasubhai nomination.
