Following Leader remarks, theSenate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of ExecutiveCalendar #380 Patricia L. Lee, of South Carolina, to be a Member of the DefenseNuclear Facilities Safety Board. At approximately 12:00pm, the Senate will vote on themotion to invoke cloture on the Lee nomination. The Senate will then recess until 2:15pm to allow for weekly caucusmeetings. If cloture is invoked on the Lee nomination, allpost-cloture time will be considered expired and the Senate will vote onconfirmation at approximately 2:15pm, followed by a vote on the motion toinvoke cloture on Executive Calendar #536 Robin Michelle Meriweather, ofVirginia, to be a Judge of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. Ifcloture is invoked on the Meriweather nomination, all post-cloture time will beconsidered expired at 5:45pm and the Senate will vote on confirmation of thenomination, followed by the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #512Charles J.
