Uhlmann, ofMichigan, to be an Assistant Administrator of the Environmental ProtectionAgency. At approximately 12:00pm the Senate will vote on confirmation ofthe Uhlmann nomination. Upon disposition of the nomination the Senatewill resume Legislative Session to resume consideration of Calendar #119,S.2226, FY2024 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) and vote on adoptionof the Cruz-Manchin amendment #926 (Strategic Petroleum Reserve) at a 60 votethreshold. Negotiationsare ongoing with respect to consideration of amendments to the bill. Additional roll call votes are possible during Thursday’s session. Senators will be notified when votes are scheduled.
