FollowingLeader remarks, the Senate will be in a period of morning business withsenators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each. At1:00pm, the Joint Session of Congress will convene in the Hall of the House ofRepresentatives under the provisions of S.Con.Res.2, for the counting of theelectoral ballots. Senatorsattending the Joint Session will gather in the Senate Chamber at approximately12:40pm and then proceed as a body to the Hall of the House of Representatives. Upondissolution of the Joint Session, the Senate will re-convene and be in a periodof morning business with senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10minutes each.
