Our election integrity operation filed a lawsuit to force Democrat election officials to follow the law and administer their elections properly. The ballots received after the deadline must be separated. We have also informed these counties that we will litigate over this and that failure to separate ballots will be destruction of evidence. These counties must follow the law and secure their elections. Democrats' continued disregard for the law does nothing but undermine transparency in the process and faith in our elections.
