See, of West Virginia, to be a Member ofthe Federal Energy Regulatory Commission for a term expiring June 30, 2028. The Senate will then recess until 2:15pm to allow forweekly caucus meetings. If cloture is invoked, at approximately 2:15pm the Senatewill vote on confirmation of the See nomination, followed by the motion toinvoke cloture on Executive Calendar #668, Judy W.
