FollowingLeader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of the House Messageaccompanying H.R.5009, National Defense Authorization Act, post-cloture. Atapproximately 11:45am, the Senate will vote on the motion to concur in theHouse amendment to the Senate amendment to H.R.5009, NDAA. Followingdisposition of the bill, the Senate will resume consideration of the motion toproceed to Calendar #693, H.R.82, Social Security Fairness Act. Atapproximately 2:00pm, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture onthe motion to proceed to H.R.82. As a reminder,at a time to be determined by the Majority Leader in consultation with theRepublican Leader and notwithstanding Rule XXII, the Chair will lay before theSenate the Message to accompany S.4367, WRDA. The Majority Leader, or hisdesignee, be recognized to make a motion to concur in the House amendment toS.4367. There will be up to an hour of debate equally divided. Upon the use oryielding back of time, the Senate will vote on the motion to concur in theHouse amendment to S.4367, with 60 affirmative votes required for the motion toconcur.
