FollowingLeader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session to resumeconsideration of Executive Calendar #599, Krissa Lanham, to be US DistrictJudge for the District of Arizona. Atapproximately 11:30am, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture onthe Lanham nomination. Followingthe cloture vote, the Senate will recess until 2:15pm to allow for the weeklycaucus meetings. If clotureis invoked, at approximately 2:15pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation ofthe Lanham nomination. Following disposition of the nomination, the Senate willvote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #600, AngelaMartinez, to be US District Judge for the District of Arizona. During Tuesday’s session, we expect to execute the order with respect to S.J.Res.58(Consumer furnaces CRA) and that there will be a roll call vote on passage ofthe joint resolution. Another message will be sent as more information abouttiming is available. If clotureis invoked on the Martinez nomination, the vote on confirmation of thenomination is expected during Wednesday’s session.
