Following Leader remarks, theSenate will proceed to Executive Session to resume consideration of ExecutiveCalendar #647, Christopher T. Hanson, of Michigan, to be a Member of theNuclear Regulatory Commission, post-cloture. Atapproximately 11:30am, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Hansonnomination. Following disposition of the nomination, the Senate will vote onthe motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #507 Tanya Monique JonesBosier, of the District of Columbia, to be an Associate Judge of the D.C.Superior Court. Followingthe cloture vote, the Senate will recess until 2:15pm to allow for the weeklycaucus meetings. If clotureis invoked, at approximately 2:15pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation ofthe Bosier nomination. Following disposition of the nomination, the Senate willvote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #511 Judith E.
