Atapproximately 11:30am, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Torres Smallnomination. Following disposition of the nomination, the Senate will vote onthe motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #56 Rosemarie Hidalgo, ofthe District of Columbia, to be Director of the Violence Against Women Office,Department of Justice. Followingthe cloture vote, the Senate will recess until 2:15pm to allow for the weeklycaucus meetings.
