My message is about saving our economy, securing our border, bringing together the greatest and broadest coalition in American history.”As President Trump summed it up, there is a big difference in this election: “She broke it … and I'm going to fix it.”Click here for more information or to share.RNC FILES EMERGENCY APPLICATION IN SCOTUS – President Trump’s election integrity team at the RNC has filed an emergency stay application in the Supreme Court of the United States to protect mail ballots in Pennsylvania.The details:Last week, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court allowed voters who failed to follow instructions for casting their mail ballots, such as failing to enclose the ballot in a secrecy envelope, to cast a provisional ballot on Election Day.Pennsylvania law does not allow provisional ballots in these circumstances. The Pennsylvania Supreme Court cannot rewrite the election laws to fit its members’ policy preferences.Requiring ballots to be returned in secrecy envelopes is a critical election integrity safeguard to protect the right to a secret ballot.The RNC has filed this emergency stay to ensure the law is upheld for this election.As RNC Chairman Michael Whatley stated: “Pennsylvania law has critically important safeguards to ensure every legal vote is counted properly. We have filed an emergency application in the Supreme Court to preserve those safeguards. Pennsylvanians' mail ballots must be protected for our country's most important election.”PROTECTING THE VOTE IN PENNSYLVANIA – For several days, election officials in Pennsylvania directed voters to get out of line and leave prior to casting their ballots. This directive was given without reason and actively suppressed Pennsylvanians' right to vote. Yesterday, in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, a State Committeewoman, Val Biancaniello, was arrested for encouraging people to stay in line and vote.Yesterday, the RNC sent a demand letter to the Pennsylvania Secretary of the Commonwealth regarding election officials who told voters that computers were down, that polling sites were closing early and would not be accepting more voters, and that their ballots would not be counted. Local election officials actively turned away voters in a direct attack on their right to a safe and secure election.As the RNC election integrity team noted, “This is voter suppression. Election officials in Pennsylvania must immediately ensure every voice is heard and every legal vote is counted; election officials must ensure a fair, free and transparent election.” As a result of their demand letter yesterday, the Pennsylvania Secretary of State has issued a directive saying that if you are in line, you have a right to stay in line and vote. For more information, click here.“MAKES ME FEARFUL” – Fox News Digital recently spoke with Halima Farah, a 79-year-old Somali American woman in Minnesota “who was shot by an assailant ultimately released with the help of a bail fund supported by Vice President Kamala Harris.” She has a message for the American people.From the Fox News report:“A 79-year-old Somali American woman in Minnesota, who was shot by an assailant ultimately released with the help of a bail fund supported by Vice President Kamala Harris, is speaking out against the vice president, telling Fox News Digital that her record raised questions about her ‘judgment and priorities in office.’” “Halima Farah, who came to the U.S. in 2005 and became a citizen in 2011, recounted her ‘traumatic experience’ on Jan. 2, 2021. She was shot and robbed of her rent money outside her Minneapolis apartment by De’Seanna Williams, police said at the time. Farah said she suffered bone fractures to her shoulder blade and skull, hemorrhages in her skull, lacerations on her face and had a gunshot wound to her upper thigh and buttocks area.” “Williams was arrested after the attack but was bailed out by the Minnesota Freedom Fund, a fund that Harris promoted during the George Floyd riots in 2020.” “‘If you’re able to, chip in now to the @MNFreedomFund to help post bail for those protesting on the ground in Minnesota,’ she posted, along with a link to donate.
