But today, we saw the worst of judicial activism: 11 days before Election Day, a liberal judge ordered Virginia to keep non-citizens on its voter rolls. Democrats have allowed an invasion of non-citizens at our southern border, refused to protect our elections from non-citizen voting, and are now weaponizing the Department of Justice against Virginia voters.
