Several Vehicle Crashes Injure People, Leave Multiple Dead
Waterloo Regional Police are investigating a three-vehicle collision in Woolwich Township. The crash sent all three drivers to hospital.
- 6:30 p.m. Oct. 27, on Arthur Street South near Sawmill Road.
- A black Honda, a blue Toyota and a grey Kia SUV collided.
- 26-year-old Listowel man driving the Honda was seriously injured.
- 68- and 69-year-old women had non-life-threatening injuries.
Why it matters: The Honda driver went to a hospital outside the region with serious injuries. The other two drivers went to a local hospital.
- Police closed the intersection for the initial investigation. It has since reopened.
