FollowingLeader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive session to resumeconsideration of Executive Calendar #256 Philip Nathan Jefferson, of NorthCarolina, to be Vice Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Federal ReserveSystem for a term of four years, post-cloture. Atapproximately 11:30am, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Jeffersonnomination. Following disposition of the nomination, the Senate will vote onthe motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #260 Gwynne A. Wilcox, ofNew York, to be a Member of the National Labor Relations Board for the term offive years expiring August 27, 2028. Followingthe cloture vote, the Senate will recess until 2:15pm to allow for the weeklycaucus meetings. If clotureis invoked, at approximately 2:15pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation ofthe Wilcox nomination. Following disposition of the nomination, the Senate willvote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #255 Lisa DeNellCook, of Michigan, to be a Member of the Board of Governors of the FederalReserve System for a term of fourteen years from February 1, 2024. If clotureis invoked, at approximately 5:15pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation ofthe Cook nomination.
